I need a professional responsive designer/coder

Description of every page/module: Hello All,

I am looking for a professional responsive website coder/designer.
I already have a home page and inner page responsive template/design.

The coder should copy the text/images from the old site and use the newly designed inner page template to create the new pages.
The coder should do proper formatting and alignment.
Roughly around 22 pages. The coder should flexible enough to work. I will provide the new images/icons wherever it is required.
