I need a plugin developed

I'm the technical director for Share Learn Teach. We run a website where teachers can share documents with each other as resources. We use a system called BuddyBoss. Where are looking for a PHP developer who can build us a filter system for our document so users can search all the documents and getting better results. Our documents are linked to groups and some to profiles, So if a user needs to get access to a specific document in a specific group he needs to be able to filter out the rest of the groups.
