General information for the website: We need a new concept website
Description of requirements/features: I need a new website from scratch for a new concept. We have a design ideas and the developer needs to make the web plan into reality. We have someone who can do the graphics if needed. UK and Ireland only, and we expect to be billed in blocks. Price for submission feel free to quote. The site is designed per page, and includes registration and a payment method. DO NOT bid unless you can actually do this AND any Indian bids are automatically rejected so do not bother.
