I need a "nice looking" map of the Nordics with dots from coordinates

Hi,

I've got a long list of locations of our clients, and would like a graphically presentable map of the Nordics, with dots representing all the client locations.

Requirements:
- Graphically appealing
- Ability to change colors (may need it for different purposes)
- Ability to update it from an updated client list (unless this costs a lot more than re-doing it later)
- Ability to export as .ai or at least something ready for large print (A2)
- Ability to incorporate element in webpage, with client names when mouse-over
