I need a HTML web site recreating

We have an existing very old business web site that needs to be brought up to date. It was built in Dreamweaver and now we want to recreate the site completely in Expression Web. We have already identified the theme I wish to use and it is compatible with Expression Web.
The requirement is to recreate the web site using the theme we provide. You will need to provide suitable images and port at least some of the text across to the new site. There will be a contact us page so email must work.

The site will need to be made SEO compatible.
