We currently have an 'off the self' quote generator on our website which all our customers use.
Since this is the primary purpose of the website, and due to the set up the 'quote generator' which is essentially a pop-up, our bounce rate is quite high, though the clients have met their objective of visiting our site.
We need someone who is an expert in Google Analytics who can either set a 'goal conversion' or suggest other means for us to tell Google, that our site is not a spam single page site but customers are actually receiving the service they require.
