I need a cookie pop-up for my website.

I need a cookie pop up for my website, to allow people to decline cookies before they are set on their browser. I have written my cookie policy, but just need the code to add to my Go Daddy hosted website. I use their web builder service. The final product needs to create an attractive and fully EU/UK compliant pop up, which matches the look of my website.

I have listed a low budget, as any more than £6 means that I would prefer to work it out myself with the help of related websites.
