I need 5-20 hours per week ASP.NET, VB, MySQL web development bulk purchase

I have a number of major established clients needing regular ASP.NET, mySQL development work and, frankly, can no longer cope. These are major clients who we have won due to our speedy, accurate delivery of their requirements.

I need additional flexible resource. I can guarantee a minimum of 5 hours work per week, but the requirement will vary depending upon the projects at the time, up to 20 hours per week. Ideally you would charge us mointhyl for the time actually spent (although we can live with weekly if necessary).

You need to be able to code either new developments, or change existing code in ASP.NET and (sometimes) classic ASP. Note that we use VB, not C#. Virtually every application is database-driven (mySQL), and we would expect you to be able to do that HTML/CSS/JavaScript bits and pieces required. All our coding is bespoke - nothing out of a box ! We would also need you to have basic image manipulation (we use Photoshop, but you can use what you want), in order to deliver the full deliverable.

We will issue you with a skype account/number which we will pay for, and forward calls to it as required (although virtually all communication will be electronic). You will also get a company email address and the ability to send out email as if it was from our company (to make it look like you really are a member of staff here).

Ideally, I am looking for 2 developers. UK preferred (as there is a possibility that we might very occassionally, need to get you in front of a client at the very beginning of a project for a kick-off/definition meeting), but I will consider further afield as long as communication is not going to be a problem. Immediate start or to suit you.
