HTML5 Microsite with CSS3 Animation

We are looking for an HTML5 Landing page spliced up from the attached images (layered ai file)
This will contain animated elements using css3.
e.g a spinning sun moving shark.
The clouds will be animated using parallax scrolling.

The content will be contained in light boxes (graphics supplied) when items within the image are clicked.

Please pitch with an example you have done in html5 preferably with css3 animation.

There may also need to be some jquery scripting where css3 is limiting.

This will need a css master as there will be lots of transparent pngs that will need carefully positioning and z indexing.
