HTML to Responsive Wordpress Conversion

Hi, I need the following site converted to wordpress and made responsive:

It currently runs of another CMS, but this can be ignored; - no need for import/export etc..

I don't need all the content re-adding as I can get that done, I just the theme set up so when content is re-added it looks the same with the extra bonus of being responsive.

So just a few of each kind of post and page can be added and I'll get the rest done.

You can if you wish, quote me for an "as is" version of the site too if you believe the mobile ready version will be a much greater cost.

I am a web developer outsourcing as I have too much on at the moment.
