HTML template for an e-shot service

We subscribe to sign-up.to for our e-marketing communications I want an html template creating that we can use for our freshly launched branding.

I know how I would like the template to look, so envisage it being an hour's work max (will pay for 2 hours no matter if you get it done in 30 minutes or 2 hours and 5 mins!).
