Html + SCSS template cleaned up

Hi, I have a basic html template from themeforest: https://themeforest.net/item/safira-responsive-opencart-theme/25673080

We are using this page: http://safira4.demo.towerthemes.com/

I HAVE THIS UP AND RUNNING ON MY HOSTING ALREADY.

I need two things:

1, I need it cleaning up:
Parts of the template removing
The html + css + scss and other files that are not used removed and tidied up.

2, I need some minor html changes
A plus (+) and minus (-) button added to each product box on the product page: http://safira4.demo.towerthemes.com/fresh-meat.
