HTML newsletter for Campaign Monitor

I have a HTML template that needs some simple editing. It need to be editable as a template in Campaign Monitor. There needs to be Photo placements and one column needs adding. The original template is from Campaign Monitor so easy to change. Please do not apply for the job unless you are familiar with Campaign Monitor and have the skills to be able to make HTML templates that work in this system that are responsive across mobile devices and desktops.
