Html newsletter - developer needed

Hi there,

I have created a newsletter (in fireworks - or can provide psd if needed), and need to have the html for this. I do not have the time to do it myself so am farming out the work, and will check code.
The newsletter need to work with outlook and have both css and inline styling. It needs to be responsive and display well on blackberry and iPhones (for mobile the main image that's 600px or so wide would need to disappear). In the attached mock up I have put in red the images.

Don't hesitate to ask questions regarding the job.
Delivery would be for next week
