General information for the website: N/a
Description of requirements/features: To create a form type of thing. The user will be presented with questions and depending on their input different things are outputted.
E.g.:
1. Are you over 18 years old?
Yes
No
2. Do you live in the UK?
Yes
No
Output:
IF 1=yes and 2=yes THEN OUTPUT "123"
IF 1=yes and 2=no THEN OUTPUT "321"
This is obviously very simple and it will need to be a lot more complex than this so if you could do the above but a little more advanced then I can develop the rest myself
