HTML coding for an event agenda

Require a microsoft XLS file to be translated into a simple HAND CODED HTML template. The file contains seven columns and will be inserted as a HTML snippet into another application.

The layout needs to be flexible and expand to fit the width of the page with certain columns fixed.

The HTML needs to be annotated so that additions and updates can be made with ease. The HTML should be NOT, repeat NOT be created using XLS Export.

The project is for an upcoming event in London as part of Big Data Week - a global initiative bringing together over 20 cities.
