Htaccess redirects expert

We have a complex bespoke CMS system and a htaccess file that redirects pages and changes the url structure.

For example:

1. https://www.cloudwebsolutions.com/websites/ - this page has a rewrite rule and can also be accessed via:

2. https://www.cloudwebsolutions.com/index.php?pageid=websites

What I want to do if something accesses link 2 it should redirect to link 1

There is also another issue we have, we are redirecting all sites to https however before the site goes live we launch on a subdomain which does not have SSL installed and therefore we do not want this redirected to https
