HTAccess redirect problems

We have a ht access file and recently updated out site not just pages but also we have got a https after placing the redirects 301 redirects from old pages to new it worked but soon as I place a https redirect it goes into error too many redirects so I need someone to edit our ht access file to fix the error and so it will stop our semrush showing that there are two of each page http and https
