Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I'm having a problem with the execution of a cronjob. I am trying to run a shell script, which in turn executes a sequence of php files. I've used the exact same method before, on servers from the same company, but for some reason it will not work correctly.
In the email notification that occurs when the cronjob runs I receive this:
/bin/bash: /var/www/vhosts/deadcertain.co.uk/httpdocs/feedpress/cronjobs.sh: /bin/bash^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory
The ^M seems to relate to carriage returns, but I am not sure this is the only issue.
Please only apply if you have considerable experience of cronjobs being a pain in the neck!
Thank you
