Help to fine-tune my blog website

Ive just uploaded a new theme on my girlfriends blog and I wont have time to be fixing some issues that have come up so thought this should be the fastest way. There are minor/straight forward fixes.

DESKTOP VERSION

1) Optimise overall loading speeds (MAJOR POINT)
2) above the blog feed: make my image carousel show (not working at the moment!)
3) footer: remove excess padding in the footer
4) footer: make the text white
5) top menu: make the menu bar always show when scrolling
6) top menu: make the menu text white
7) Blog feed: show pagination (1,2,3,4…10) in the bottom of blog feed next to “older posts “
8) Blog feed: remove the “By Salma A” on each post in the feed, don’t want to show the author name there
9) Single blog post: Remove showing the featured picture on top of each blog post / how can this be changed manually for each post?
10) I want to try and move the menu bar to the top to see how it looks


MOBILE VERSION

1) Make the logo bigger on the mobile version
2) menu bar: Add social media icons on the left side and drop down menu on the right
3) make my image carousel show (not working at the moment!)
4) Optimise overall loading speeds
5) centre the copyright / designed by text and remove excess padding in the footer
6) fix the issue on Instagram feed / show less columns on mobile version = bigger images

+ other minor issues that might arise. As mentioned this is a pretty straight forward job as you can see!
