Help modifying my website css and shopping cart

I need help modifying my site. In particular I would like a right column removed from my general layout and also a modification to my shopping cart to allow for an image to be placed under the add to cart button - this image is not the product image but an additional image explaining that the item is certified organic. I would also like to have my main page re-organized to incorporate some featured items and also I need a space for some text which could be on the side or the bottom, depending on the layout.
