Help fix the responsive problem with my HTML one-page theme

Description of every page/module: Hello, I have downloaded a one-page HTML theme from Envato and I've customized it. It's 99% done, except for one problem I keep having, only on tablet and mobile devices: the individual divs keep cutting off the content. I don't know why. I have tried to change the overflow property in CSS, have tried to change the height of the divs, but nothing works. Each time I view it on my phone or on a tablet, they get cut off. I think it might have something to do with the parallax images in the background, but I'm not sure.

So, all I need you to do is find the line of code that is making this happen, and fix it. And that's it!
