Help completing a part-finished internal enquiry system - Yii2

Description of requirements/features: Hi,

Creation360 Ltd. are a marketing company based in Manchester, England. We produce lots of physical media like cups, bottles, display units etc. for some of the largest companies in the world. At any one time we have dozens of enquiries and orders at various stages of the process and we require a system which will allow us to track these.

The system is already running and has had data imported from our existing Excel based system, but our own development team are so busy with external projects that we need some help to get this over the line. Technologies used are Yii2 with Foundation framework (NOT Bootstrap!) with MySQL database,

We need

help getting the front end forms etc. tidied up and gathering some more data.
an extra module adding which will allow multiple notes to be added to each order
a static reporting page for each individual order

There will be multiple small tweaks in addition to this, but these are the main items.

If we get the right person there'd definitely be further work on phase 2 of this system, such as linking into our shipping company's API to display live map info.
