HELP! Can someone fix my website which has a Reported Attack?

General information for the website: This is a custom built , and essential artists portfolio website which needs re uploading or cleaning
Description of every page/module: My website has been attacked/ hacked and either needs cleaning or restoring to its original files.

Description of requirements/features: Hi there, It seems that my website www.beverleyisaacs.com has been unfortunately hacked, and I need someone to please clean out the malicious code or if it is possible and easier to re-upload my website to the host.
I have clicked on "why has this page been blocked", and already verified my domain name provider with Google and my domaine name provider (GoDaddy), and I have also done further research on Webmaster Tools, to try to fix this issue myself. but having read step 7 for "Cleaning and maintaining Your Site", it recommends that this is best left so someone who knows how to read code, and Java , who can restore the good content : https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2600723 However, I don’t know what you think, but perhaps it might be easier to just quickly re-upload the whole website again from the original files for the whole website which I can provide to you?

I have attached some screenshots, which shows that Google webmaster tools seem to have found a couple of 'suspicious snippets' that the unofficial third party seems to have put malware onto my site. This information is on the attached screenshots, which I am hoping will make the problem easier to detect. Althogh please tell me if you would prefer to upload my whole site, and I can send you the files.

I am very upset about this, as I am an artist and am currently in a 4 day high profile exhibition in London, so this could not have happened at a worse time, when many people are enquiring about my work and my website. So this job is very urgent, even if you can please fix it ASAP today I would be very grateful.
This situation is detrimental to my image as an artist.

(Once this has been fixed succesfully I am also looking for some additional content to be added to this site- for which will be an additional job.
This website was custom made using Flash in 2009 and unfortunately the website designer who made this beautiful site is no longer available. He used Actionscript 3 to make this site...so anyone doing further work needs to know that).

Specific technologies required: an understanding of Javascript 3 would be useful but may not be necessary to fix this site.
Extra notes: for some reason I can see my website ok on Internet Explorer browser on my desktop computer at home, but not on Firefox. This may or may not open on your Internet explorer browser depending on your settings.
