- Heavyweight developers needed for a property letting site.

I need a complete property letting site developed with all the functionality of zoopla.co.uk. The site should be identicle to zoopla for design and functionality (BOTH FRONTEND AND BACKEND).

Once the site is developed we will need on-going support.

The site should be SEO friendly and have a user friendly/clean design for both website visitors, logged in users, logged in letting agents, and our own admin staff. As this project is not a small undertaking I will only be accepting bids from heavyweight developer(s) who know the ecommerce industry as well as best practice.

This is very high level and is intended to be. Further details will be released in due course. Please attach your portfolio of relevant CMS powered sites (not 5 page static sites). Once the contract is awarded, there may be an oppertunity to develop other sites for us. (Ecommerce, gaming, travel and review sites) in addition to being selected to provide ongoing support for a monthly fee.
