Graphic/illustration and programming for website

We need a one-page website with an illustration as its main feature, and some 'animated' effects to lead the visitor through a sequence of information, ending with a "Call to Action".

Bidders must read the attached specification, and must supply an illustration or link to a website which they believe is similar to what we are trying to achieve (stating whether it is something they have produced or someone else's work).
