Google Maps Integration with a Wordpress Website

I am looking for an experienced website developer / programmer who can implement Google Maps onto a page and have it integrate and respond to page content, with marker points on the map highlighted as the page is scrolled, and for these anchor points to be clickable and to then scroll to the appropriate content. It easier to view an example - this is a link to a page which does exactly what I am looking for and I would need my version to look the same and have the same functionality.

I believe this is done using lat, long reference points accessing the map.

I can setup a page on a development Wordpress site that has all the content but am looking for someone to make all the map connections and get the functionality bit done.

Ideally I want to do this without any custom written plugin, but would be happy to buy any premium plugins that might be required to make it work. Once setup and working I would need to be able to see how to then replicate the functionality to additional pages, but with different map and content of course.

It's important it ends up looking pretty much exactly as the example page or it probably will not be worth starting.

I have posted a project budget but happy to review this as required. I am not looking for someone who thinks they can do it for cheap, I am looking for someone who can do it.
