Google maps

We need help implementing google maps into our nearly completed social networking website. I am looking for someone who is English speaking or at least has a very good command of the English language. We have a complete design document explaining how users need to be able to utilize Google maps while using the website. More information will be supplied to the successful applicants. Once the potential applicants have looked at the additional information I would need to get fixed bids for the completion of the work from them.
