Google Apps Email Migration from one Google Apps account to the other

I am looking to migrate thousands of emails from one gmail apps over to a new gmail apps account. I have the instructions but I'd rather leave this task to a Google Apps or migration professional with years of experience. I have enough storage on the new account and would prefer is the emails were automatically deleted from the old account as they transfer across to the new account.

My challenging thing is the emails is the old account should automatically delete one by one when they transfer to the new gmail apps account. This ensure all the data has been transferred over and saves me having to manually check to see if every email has been sent over.

Requirements:

- Able to come on-site to setup the transfer
- A good knowledge of email migration
- Experienced in Google Apps
- Reliable, trustworthy and professional
- Affordable as it's a personal project
- Prefer for contractor to be based on-site in Edinburgh or within 50 miles.
