Google analytics homepage tracking

Hey! I work for a website company and they have asked me to set up the tracking of their new landing page's form signups in google analytics.
There are a few different funnels that have to set-up, maybe some virtual pageviews/events etc, and I'm not very familiar with google analytics to set it up by myself.

I am looking for someone to guide me through the process step by step, so I can do the job well and learn in the meantime.
