Google Analytics Goals and Conversion Set Up for 1 website

I require someone who is proficient in setting up goals and conversions for Goolge Analytics.

I will send a detailed document on what is required if further information is required.

In short I need the following: (Please only apply if you can do everything that is needed)

1) Link this website's Google Adwords account (Account A) to another Google account (Account B) where I have all my my sites' Google Analytics listed. I have a seperate Google Adwords account for each website in which I advertise. I basically want to see my advertising activity on Account B. If this is not possible then I neeed to be advised on other options for me - Maybe MCC?

2) Goals. I am wanting to track clicks to external links. I have Pretty LInk for Wordpress set up so I have an internal link that redirects to an external link. (Not sure if this makes a difference). I have set this up but it is not working for me.

NOTE: I would like this set up the best recommended way - possibly it should be set up as an event. I do have a few events that I am seeing on my Google Analytics stats which I am not sure where it is coming from so need some input here too.

The main reason why I need this done is to see my Google Adwords ROI.

3) I would like some goal funnels set up too. Nothing too complicated here.

4) I would also like the person to review my Google Analytics account and recommended and implement any custom reports that they see fit for my business.
