Google AdWords Campaign - Required ASAP - URGENT

We require an individual with proven expetise in optimising our clients Google Adwords campaigns.

I require urgent SEO work to get our website in to the 1st page of Google, Yahoo. We have keywords in mind but would require help with this also.
