Google AdWords API

As an overview, this is what would be required:

An application capable of download data from the AdWords and Analytics servers and capable of manipulate it using rules or filters.

Basically, we would need to get all of the information of the AdWords account: campaigns, ad groups, keywords, placements.
Also, besides the background system, a customer facing interface (webpage like type) would have to be developed as well.

I am looking for an experienced programmer with availability to take this project on.

I would be keen on having this up and ready asap.
