Give WP plugin tweak

With Give WP plugin you have an option to use Stripe for recurring payments. The description of the donation is only passed through to the subscription bit on stripe but not in the description of the payment itself.

All I need is the option to add the donation description to the payment as well, i don’t want it to be tweaked in the plugin itself, it would have to be a hook that sits in my functions.php.
