Give my website a lift with few minor changes

Hi,

I got a website, www.syllabusspecific.com

Need to give it a lift, namely, get it ready to launch

Need to modify Pages to have adverts and sponsors similar to how www.s-cool.co.uk is.

Need to organise and add to the user name pass features to make it more professional by including forgotten password etc

Need to make it look more professional.

Need to rearrange the subject menu and the exam board menu to how www.s-cool.co.uk has their contents and again make space on the right hand side for adverts.

I need experienced professionals who can make it look very British...
