We need a web developer programer/designer to create a community site with open source software.
The programer can and should use solutions that are already available on the net. Custom programing will be required in a very small level maybe not even any.
After creation the site has to become copyright of our company.
Site should include standard community network applications, web mail service, all photo/video sharing and apploading features, voting sistem...
Most important distinctive things and design will be dicussed later.
After the site is created additional maintenance services may be required.
