Full on page seo rework of wordpress site

Hi

We have just had our site completely re-developed and is now requires a full on page audit and implementation.

Tasks to complete:

Search console setup and tracking code installation
Page meta data for all pages (20 pages)
Image alts
*Important* Find indexed URL's from the old site (some of which rank well) and suggest/implement best course of action.
Keyword analysis (we have no keyword list)
Local search optimisation inc maps
Social media integration
On page content suggestions

The website is www.victoria-beauty.co.uk and there is currently maximum 20 pages

I have good knowledge of this industry but I do not have sufficient time to work on this project. I am looking for someone who in skilled in this area and not someone trying to wing it.
