4. Segregation of site to dynamicly be able to grow, such as new sections and new sub sections
5. RSS feeds to be able to be added to our site from other site.
6. RSS feed of weather and time based on IP address of visitor
7. Our site should be able to RSS feed to other sites
8. Integration of search module that is existing on our site www.oryxre.qa to allow people from the news site to search for property or price analysis calculator.
9. Social media friendly for article and news pages, to to be able to capture title of page and well structured description of brief summary of page along with selection of photos on page
10. SEO friendly site and auto optimization of content and pages. The articles can be added through an SEO friendly system which can capture:
Which section the article will be placed in, Ability to create new section on site, Page Title, Slug, Short description, images Main external image and internal article images and video plug ins, Author Name, Meta title, Meta keywords, Meta description, H1, H2, H3 tagging within
11. Auto indexing of pages and submission to Search engines such as google and Yahoo
12. Social Media plug ins of our social media activity to be created. Different API's to be used in different main sections and across pages.
13. Social media comment ability and other comment features on each page and blog posts
14. Multi back-end access for journalists, bloggers and Authors to publish articles and posts.
15. Approval requirement to publish articles and blogs made by privileged authors, journalist and bloggers.
16. Dynamic creation of new pages and links on site

23. Ability to use search tool on oryxre.qa and display certain information being displayed on the site. such as "Quick views" please check www.oryxre.qa homepage
24. Automatic news article notification when published or when require approval to publish.
25. Automatic News summary digest such as taking titles of news articles and small descriptions of the articles into one document or page. like a news digest.
