Frontend Design for web application

We have a current web application for coping imap mailboxes from one mailserver to another.
At the attached screenshot you can current design (its not the full page)

We are searching for a new modern and responsive design.
The features must be the same as is now.
- tickbox : Just verbose, no real sync.
- tick box : Just checks credentials.
- tick box : Just presents folders sizes.
- tick box : Just create folders.
- button : Show/Hide extra parameters
- button : swap source destination
no caching
no output buffering

We also need a sections for
- FAQ
- contact/support
- ads from our business website.
