Forum Moderator for Male Grooming Industry, UK.

I require someone with excellent forum skills, namely phpBB who can configure a brand new forum with the correct permissions and ranks etc for new members.
This role would suit someone who can moderate the forum on an ongoing basis or until I find someone who wants to moderate it for free once they become a member.
The user accounts and permissions need tweaking and you can advise me on what the best permissions and initial settings need to be.
The forum is based on the male grooming industry and so anyone with an interest or background in this would be beneficial.
