Format html simple paragraphs

This is a bulk job. I have around 200 HTML paragraphs to be formatted. They need to have a photo laid in between and a few icons added to each and a few bullets to make the paragraphs look lively and interesting.
I'll tell you what is to be placed where and how.

Need a fixed price per 100 paragraphs.
