Flower Subscription Online - SHOPIFY site

I have a website www.rosaroseflor.com and I am wanting to add in a subscription option for flowers. This would mean, so that people can select a product and choose to get it weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc.
I have seen a few apps but I am not sure about them. - Can you help me with this?

Also, people find the check out confusing often as they enter their details in the shipping address, which is where the recipient details should go. Is there something you could do to improve this?
