Flash wireframes

I am designing and developing a website, firstly though I need to present a mock up demo of the user experience and I require a flash developer to set up the demo through Flash (obviously). It's a simple enough process, some drag and drop functionality, area's where the user will need to click on and type, even style up with different typefaces and also pop up boxes. In total it's about 8/9 ages.

The design file will be supplied as a PSD as most of the design file will be statc. More of which can be explained to the winning bidder.
