Flash Video Player fix

Take existing half finished Flash video player.

Fix Video layers:
It needs to have 2 video layers, one base layer and one alpha channel video layer on top that can be turned on and off and play in sync.

This is for the option of a sign language interpreter (alpha channel layer) over the existing video (base layer).

Fix Subtitle button.
This almost works. Need subtitles off at the start and the button to turn them on and off. (It just turns them off at the moment). Subtitles are read in from a XML file that has copy and timings.

Add to Progress bar.
Need the ability to scrub through the video back and forth dragging an added graphic. (not sure how this will effect the subtitles).

Add Graphic
Add opening \'click to play\' graphic.

Fix Download Indicator
Initial Download Progress Indicator for video (just does SWF download at the moment).

Would like to get most of this finished asap. Could be further work on this for stage 2.
