Flash Sound Buttons

Looking for someone skilled in Flash.

I have 11 circular button images.

I would like these button images editing so they have transparent background
colour (the area outside the circle of the button). This way, I can put these
buttons on any webpage with any colour background, without needing to change the
button images.

I would then like to have voice clips attached to these 11 button images. I have the
individual voice clips already prepared in mp3 format.

The idea is that, as part of an online quiz, as users move their mouse over each of the
buttons a voice clip will play.

I have 3 sets of 11 voice clips (so that is 33 voice clips in total)

So, the job is to create :-

11 x button images with transparent background and with no sound clips attached
(so that these can be used going forward as blank buttons to attach sound
clips to)

33 x button images with transparent background and with sound clips attached.

In total, this would make 44 button images.

I would also need the person producing the images to let me know the exact HTML
for including these buttons on a webpage. If all they require is <img src=>,
that is fine, but if there are any other tags/HTML that need to be present in
order for the sound buttons to work on a web page, then I would need a sample
piece of HTML to illustrate how to include them, with working audio.

I would also like the person undertaking this work to document what
software would be required, and the steps required to create similar sound buttons.
Ultimately, this is a task that I would like to acquire/bring in-house.
Documenting the steps involved, doesn't require a huge document, just a clear
concise list of steps that could be easily followed, would fit the bill.

My assumption is, that for someone skilled in Flash, this would be a relatively
quick task to perform, and I am looking to get this task completed in the next
week.
