Flash site with Database

I need a flash website done with a database to showcase my portfolio.
I need it in a way where i can easily update my portfolio with a cms

I will be giving the PSD files for the design. I have uploaded the Jpg's of the designs to

There is also flash file on how i want the transitions to work.

I need this quick so I need someone who has done work like this before.
I need to see some live examples of work done in flash with database connectivity.

Once the project is done i will need the FLA file also.
