Flash Navigation for Website

Hi, we are looking for a flash designer to work on the navigation for our brand new website www.apartmentbreaks.co.uk. You will see there is a UK map on the home page. We would like there to be red dots where our major cities are and the ability to hover over and it highlights the name of the city and the ability to click on it to navigate to that city's results.
