Flash Games

We are looking for someone to develop and/or lead a team of people to develop a series of flash games. These flash games will be very simple. All artwork/images will be provided.
Example:
Zippy, the rabbit, is in the very side of the screen/frame. Zippy says a color (red, green, yellow, or blue) and the user must select it from a screen of balloons. All the balloons are lined up and the user must select the correct color balloon. If the user picks the wrong color, they are told the color is incorrect. If the user picks the correct color, they are told the color is correct.
