We require a small flash banner (3 lines of text fading in and out on a loop) - potentially a tiny job for someone who knows flash but willing to pay a reasonable amount for this as appreciate it's not worth doing otherwise!
The banner has to be in a specific font (Helvetica Neue Black with 110% horizontal stretch and -50% letter spacing), 30pt, white, on a transparent background - as per example attached (which is in the wrong font).
