Flash Animation needed for promo video intro

We\'re looking for someone to assist with a flash intro for a promo video that we\'re about to record for our website.

The intro would be our identify theme and image incorporating the logo, colours etc.. of www transformingscotland com

Lasting for around 12-16 seconds we\'re looking for something warm, bright and commercially unique reflecting the essence of our site and the initiative of the project. I have a friend too who is producing some techno dance music with subtle celtic influence to be used as the intro music.

Just now i\'m looking for quotes so as to get the best deal as I have very little budget.
